Alyona relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 2018. Initially drawn to yoga in 2015 for improved breathing and to add variety to her fitness routine, she was pleasantly surprised by its transformative power. Beyond physical benefits, yoga became a catalyst for mental and emotional well-being, offering new found clarity, anxiety management skills, and increased confidence. The profound impact of yoga inspired Alyona to teach. Driven by a desire to share the benefits of yoga with others. She loves guiding students through meditation, breathwork, and dynamic asana sequences, encouraging her students to explore yoga free from stereotypes and discover its unique benefits through their own eyes.
