Something for Everyone

What to Expect

We can’t wait to meet you on the mat!

Please check out our frequently asked questions for more detail about what to expect before your visit. Reach out via phone or email if you have any questions.

Do I need to sign up online?

We are a small studio and in our current space classes are limited to 20 people. Due to our limited capacity, we cannot guarantee your spot in class if you arrive without signing up online prior. And we really want you there!!!! So download the mindbody app, create your Cocoon account, and get your ass in class!  This also helps for an ease in your check-in process. Please note: If you sign up and fail to cancel 2 hours prior to class for Sunday’s Movemeant 60 or Soulful Sunday Service, you will be charged a $10 late fee.

What should I bring?

We suggest you bring your own mat, but if you don’t have one, we do! The Manduka community mats are $1 to rent, and while they are high quality, we do suggest investing in your own at some point.

It’s important to hydrate and we recommend bringing water with you. We have a filtered water station to refill your reusable bottle. We love our planet and have made a commitment to limit single use plastic, so recyclable paper cups are available, but we don’t offer plastic water bottles. Do Mama Earth a favor and bring your own reusable bottle.

Other than that, your presence is all that’s required! Cocoon offers: blocks, bolsters, and blankets, but feel free to bring your own supplies.

Class Cancelation Policy

If you sign-up and do not cancel at least 2 hours before class, you will be charged a $10 fee.

COVID-19 Policy

We are taking additional measures to ensure the studio is clean and sanitized for each class. This includes using high efficiency air purifiers after each class, sanitizing floors and equipment with antibacterial solutions, and making several sanitizing stations available to students.

We are in this together and please know that the health and safety of our students and instructors is always our number one focus. For more information on Covid-19, you can visit the CDC website here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html

Where to park?

The parking map below shows parking options outlined in red.

There is a parking lot in the back of the building, parking on the side, and to the store front. Please try to avoid parking directly in front of the restaurant. The parking lot to the north of our building, the plaza, has city parking on the front end near MacDill. These are all available for our use.

There is also street parking available on Tampbay Ave.
