Daniel Feinman

Daniel has been practicing yoga for over 20 years.  Originally drawn to the mat in order to simply stretch and reduce injury, his present commitment to a daily ritual of yoga incorporates dynamic asanas, breathwork, and moving meditation, all of which have helped him to mitigate stress, focus on physical fitness, demonstrate mindfulness, and put his phone away for a few hours while in the classroom. 

Daniel’s classes include a harmonic balance of power flow, breathwork, and philosophical guidance on how to integrate the practice of yoga as life itself.

Daniel will incorporate self-inquiry, original music, arm balances and challenging poses into his classes.  Be prepared to sweat, flow, and look inward, simultaneously.
