Jada Perez
Jada turned to yoga over 10 years ago to find physical and emotional healing after being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition that greatly affected her mobility. Through devotion and dedication, the physical practice of yoga became a part of Jada's daily life. With plenty of lived experience to share, Jada is honored to carry on the ancient wisdom of yoga and support students of all appearances and abilities to feel empowered in their bodies.
Jada completed her 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training with Bella Prana Wellness Collective and is currently studying under the mentorship of Marley and Meghan at Cocoon Movement Studio.
