Shelby

Shelby‘s passion for yoga began in 2011 in Tampa when she tried a Bikram class for a workout. Yoga quickly became a passion as she realized how much calmness and happiness yoga brought into her life. Her yoga mat is a second home being there to relieve stress and remain balanced. In 2018, Shelby relocated from Tampa to Dublin for work in Finance. She graduated in 2019 from Dublin’s YogaHub 200-RYT which was a something she’d wanted to do for years. Shelby’s teaching method emphasizes in strength and acceptance of your own body while easing the mind. As she has an achy lower back she’s mindful of postures and offers variations. She loves incorporating fun arm balances and inversions for a playful practice.


When traveling she enjoys attending city studios such as New York, London, and Brussels to experience the different cultures. She loves attending workshops from breathwork to yin handstands to strengthen teaching.
