Rachel Patterson

Rachel’s journey into holistic wellness began on the yoga mat more than 20 years ago, but what started as a physical practice became something far more transformative. Through years of exploration, she discovered that movement could foster greater awareness, resilience, and a deeper connection to herself. That evolution shaped not only how she moves, but how she lives and supports others in finding balance and well-being. After her cancer journey, Rachel was forced to slow down and embrace a more intentional approach to movement and wellness. She learned to honor what her body needed each day and now brings that mindset into her classes… encouraging students to move with awareness, breathe deeply, and meet themselves where they are instead of striving for perfection. Rachel is a RYT-200 yoga instructor and holistic wellness practitioner. Her classes blend mindful movement, breath, and stillness to help students feel grounded and connected in their bodies. Whether flowing through movement or settling into guided meditation, she offers thoughtful options for all levels and creates a welcoming, supportive, and accessible environment.
