Shauna Kelly

Movement has always been a platform for healing for Shauna through various forms throughout her life. She has been practicing yoga for decades, but embarked on the deeper exploration of her spirituality in 2020 where she dove head first into yoga philosophy. As a mental health professional, the teachings of yoga have been a beautiful addition to support and guide her clients in a holistic, mind-body and spirit approach. She carries these teachings into the asana practice of yoga where she offers a combination of free fluid flowing power towards guidance into the breath, conscious presence, and radial self-acceptance.
